Provide electronic Power of Attorney
The head of the executive body of a legal entity may authorize any natural person to act on his/her behalf at the State Register Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia and submit a declaration on beneficial owners.
For the first time, a power of attorney can be used only for the purpose of submitting a declaration on beneficial owners of a legal entity, after which it becomes available for other services included in the digital services platform in the justice sector.
The steps below must be completed after clicking the "Continue" button.
After Authentication, You Need to:
- Fill in the required information
- Select the company for which the declaration of beneficial owners will be submitted from the proposed list.
- Fill in the information of the authorized person.
- Select the validity period of the power of attorney and apply.
Requirements
To issue a power of attorney, you must be the executive head of a legal entity registered in the Republic of Armenia.
Required Documents
- Personal data of the person providing the power of attorney (automatically filled in at the time of identification)
- The authorized person's passport or identification card
- The authorized person's public service number (PSN)
Delivery Time
A power of attorney is issued within one business day. Notification of this is sent to the authorized person's email address.
