Submit an Import or Export declaration
To import goods into Armenia or export goods from Armenia, you must submit import or export declarations on the tax authority's electronic reporting platform.
Note: use the browser's translation tool to view the English version
To submit an import or export declaration, you must have:
- Digital signature
- Identification card
- Identification card reader
The steps below must be completed after clicking the "Continue" button.
To apply, you need:
- Visit the website taxservice.am (use thr browser's translation tool to view the English version)
- Register, and if registered, log in to your personal page
- Select the "Personal Office" section, where you must first create a new transaction, after which it will be possible to create a declaration or other document within the framework of the given transaction.
- You need to select the "EAEU Transactions Archive", then the "Create New Transaction" buttons
- In the opened form, select the type of transaction: "Export" or "Import", fill in the date, partner country, type of registration
- after filling in the required fields, click the "Create" button
- The system will generate a unique transaction number and load a new page
- Fill in the fields in the "Transaction Details" section, where data on excise tax, environmental payment, and VAT will also be automatically indicated.
- By clicking the "Save" command, if no errors are detected, the transaction will appear in the EAEU document library with the "New" status.
- The "Documents" section activated by this step will display the "Create Import Declaration", "Create Import Declaration", "Create VAT Deferral Termination Declaration" instructions.
- You must select "Import Declaration", fill in the necessary data, after which the system will save it in the "Documents" section of the transaction, assigning it "Incomplete" or "Completed".
- If there are no errors, the system will register the import declaration in the EAEU transaction library with the "Completed" status.
In parallel, a PDF document will be generated for electronic signing, which must be downloaded, signed, and re-uploaded to the computer; click the "Ready to send" button.
Then, the system gives the declaration the "Valid" status and fills in the "Submission Date" field, taking the date the declaration was submitted to the SRC.
