To use the medical appointment booking service, you must have:

• state health insurance,
• "YesEm" identification.

Required documents

Data for booking the appointment is retrieved automatically; however, when visiting the medical facility, you must present:

• a passport,
• relevant medical documents (e.g., test or examination results).

Provision timeframe and procedure

• Once booked, the appointment is confirmed immediately.
• To register your visit, you must arrive 10 minutes prior to the booked time.
