If you live in Yerevan:

To enroll a child in kindergarten, you must complete the following steps:

Step 1. Register

• Visit mankapartez.yerevan.am (to view the English version use the browser's translation tool)

• Click the “Register” button in the top right corner of the page

• Enter the requested data and click the “Register” button

• Fill in the mobile phone number and click the “Get Code” button

• Enter the code sent to the mobile phone number and click the “Confirm” button

Step 2: Enroll the child

To register your child online, visit the home page, select the 4th option, "Online Registration," and fill in the following information։

1. The child's birth certificate

• For citizens of the Republic of Armenia, the certificate series and number are filled in 2 Armenian letters followed by 6 numeric digits without a space, for example, ԱԲ000000.
• In the absence of a Republic of Armenia birth certificate, the RA social services number is filled in 10 numeric digits, for example, 0123456789.
• When submitting another identity document, the series and number of the given document are filled in, for example, passport: AN0000000; Russian birth certificate: IV-МЮ000000.

2. Date of issue of the child's birth certificate
3. Child's date of birth: day/month/year

Step 3. Choose a kindergarten

On the data entry page that opens after completing the verification page:

• Select a kindergarten
• Fill in all fields in Armenian characters
• Attach copies of the required documents (format: JPG, JPEG, PNG, size: up to 5 MB)

Attach the following documents:

• The child's birth certificate or social service number certificate
• Parent's identity document, which can be:
  • Passport (page 1), or
  • Identification card
• Document proving address registration, which can be:
  • Passport (page 2),
  • Public service number certificate, or
  • registration certificate issued by the police passport department

Step 4. Track the status of your application

After successfully submitting an online application, it will be processed, and within 2 business days, approved, or rejected. The status of the application can be tracked in the "Applications" section of the user's page.

• Status "Sent" The application is still in the processing phase.
• Status "Approved" In this case, the applicant receives an e-mail notification and can also follow the child's enrollment in the "Enrolled Children" section of the website.
• Status "Rejected" In this case, the applicant receives an e-mail notification indicating the reason for the rejection. It can also be viewed in the "Applications" section of the user's page when clicking on the "Comment" link for the status of the given application.

Attention
A child can be registered only once. It is not possible to register the same child in multiple kindergartens at the same time.
