You can enroll your child in a state kindergarten in Armenia using the online system.

If you live in Yerevan:

To enroll a child in kindergarten, you must complete the following steps after clicking the "Continue" button:

Step 1. Register

Click the “Register” button in the top right corner of the page
Enter the requested data and click the “Register” button
Fill in the mobile phone number and click the “Get code” button
Enter the code sent to the mobile phone number and click the “Confirm” button

Step 2: Enroll your child

To register your child online, visit the home page, select the 4th option, "Online enrollment," and fill in the following information։

1. The child's birth certificate

For citizens of the Republic of Armenia, the certificate series and number must be filled in, consisting of 2 Armenian letters followed by 6 numeric digits without a space, for example, ԱԲ000000.
In case of absence of an Armenian birth certificate, the RA public services number (PSN, also called social services number) must be filled in, consisting of 10 numeric digits, for example, 0123456789.
In case of submitting another identity document, the series and number of the given document must be filled in, for example, passport: AN0000000; Russian birth certificate: IV-МЮ000000.

2. Date of issue of the child's birth certificate
3. Child's date of birth: day/month/year

Step 3. Choose a kindergarten

On the data entry page that opens after completing the verification:

Select a kindergarten
Fill in all the fields in Armenian characters
Attach copies of the required documents listed below (format: JPG, JPEG, PNG, size: up to 5 MB)

Attach the following documents:

The child's birth certificate or public services number certificate
The parent's identity document, which can be:
- Passport (page 1), or
- Identification card (ID card)
Document proving address registration, which can be:
- Passport (page 2),
- Public services number certificate, or
- address registration certificate issued by the Passport Department of the RA Police

Step 4. Track the status of your application

After successfully submitting an online application, it will be processed, and approved or rejected within 2 business days. You can track the status of your application in the "Applications" section of your account.

Status "Sent" means that the application is still in the processing phase.
In case of status "Approved", the applicant receives an e-mail notification and can also follow the child's kindergarten enrollment in the "Enrolled children" section of the website.
In case of status "Rejected", the applicant receives an e-mail notification indicating the reason for the rejection. It can also be viewed in the "Applications" section of the user's page when clicking on the "Comment" link for the status of the given application.

Attention
A child can be registered only once. It is not possible to register the same child in multiple kindergartens at the same time.
