Check if Family Members' Data is Digitized

Through this service, it is possible to verify the digitization of family members' data. For example, you can check whether a family member has a digital version of their birth or marriage certificate.

If any family member's data is missing, it is possible to submit an online application and receive a digital duplicate of the certificate.

You need digital identification to apply for this service.

How to Apply

After clicking the "Continue" button to verify data, you must:

Complete "YesEm" identification;
Fill in the applicant's personal details;
Select the family member;
Review the information and submit the application.

Requirements

To use the data verification service, you must have a "YesEm" identification account.

Required Data

For the online registration of a name change, the applicant must provide:

Phone number;
Email address.

Payment Amount and Procedure

Data verification is free of charge.

Delievery Time and Procedure

The service is provided within 15 working days after the application is submitted.
