To Apply, You Need

The steps below must be completed after clicking the "Continue" button:

• After identification, select the type of declaration, either for a subsoil user or a general type, and then enter the company's state registration number.

• After logging in, select the appropriate one from the "Organization", "Actual Beneficiaries", "Listed Participants" or "Intermediate Participants" sections and fill in the required fields (personal data of the organization's actual beneficiaries and the grounds for being an actual beneficiary will be required).

In Case of Having a Foreign Beneficial Owner, it is Necessary to:

• Attach a copy of the beneficial owner's identity document, translated into Armenian and certified by a notary
• In the "SSN" field, fill in the number equivalent to the SSN used in the given country
• In the case of a legal entity with foreign registration, when filling in the data of the listed participants, provide its registration data in the given country
  • Add the data of the stock exchange and the registration code of the organization there
  • Provide a link to the documents available on the exchange
• If the company's shares are listed on multiple stock exchanges, it is necessary to indicate the data for other exchanges using the "Add" button.

Requirements to be submitted

To submit the declaration online, you must have "I Am" identification, either with an identification card or a mobile ID SIM card (use browser translation for English version).

After filling in the required information in the declaration, the generated document must be validated with a digital signature and uploaded to the system.

If it is impossible to complete the form online, a paper version of the completed declaration must be physically submitted to the State Register of Legal Entities Agency.

Failure to submit information on beneficial owners within 40 days after state registration of a legal entity will result in administrative liability, first in the form of a warning, and then in an administrative fine of up to 100,000 AMD.
