Register for the Rating Test for Civil Service Employment

To become a civil servant in the Republic of Armenia, citizens can undergo testing and earn rating points, based on which they may receive job offers from relevant government agencies.

An announcement about the testing is published in advance in the "Rating Tests" section of the Civil Service Office’s website. It is necessary to register for the testing in advance through an online application.

You can apply for this service in person by booking an appointment in advance.

To participate in the rating test, applicants must follow published announcements, select the most convenient date and time from the schedule, and apply online. Each announcement specifies the legal provisions from which the test questions will be drawn.

The tests are held at the administrative building of the Civil Service Office (Yerevan, 89 Teryan Street).

To participate in the rating test, it is necessary to:

  • Log into or register on the platform,
  • Review the testing announcement and the list of required documents,
  • In the “My Page” section, fill out the necessary information and upload scanned versions of the documents listed in the announcement,
  • Click the “Apply” button at the bottom of the announcement page.

Required Documents
Each announcement outlines the required documents. You must upload scanned copies of them in the “My Page” section, including:

  • Application form
  • Passport and/or ID card (if the ID card is not submitted, you must attach the Public Services Number or a statement confirming its absence)
  • Proof of education:
    • Secondary school certificate (if only secondary education is completed)
    • Diploma(s) (if higher education is completed)
    • Certificate of student status or student card (if currently enrolled in university)
  • For male applicants: a copy of all filled pages of the military ID or conscription certificate
  • Employment record (if applicable)
  • One 3x4 cm photo

Attention
You must appear for the test 15 minutes before the scheduled time, with one of the following identification documents: passport, ID card, military ID, or a temporary identification document issued by the RA Police.

Provision Timeline and Procedure
You will be notified within 3 working days whether your application has been approved or rejected.

Additional Information
In the “Competitions” section of your personal account, you can check the status of your application and make changes if needed. If there are missing or incorrect documents, you will be notified via the “Notifications” section and email. You will have 2 business days to correct any issues and re-submit your application.

To correct errors:

  • Click the ⊕ icon next to the announcement number in “Competitions.” Review the comments about the errors.
  • Click “Edit” in the “Actions” section, make changes, and click “Apply” again.
