How to apply

To apply for the program, after clicking the "Continue" button, you need to:

• register on e-work.am,
• go to the "Employment Programs" section,
• select "Employment program for employable individuals from families recognized as socially disadvantaged under the FIS",
• fill in the required information.
  
  

About the Program

The program is implemented in 3 directions:

1. Professional Training (up to 5 months)

The beneficiary receives:

• reimbursement of tuition fees up to 250,000 AMD.

After completing the training, the employer must sign an employment contract with the beneficiary for a period of at least 6 months, for which the employer receives monthly support of up to 50,000 AMD for tax reimbursement.

2. Work Experience

In case of providing a work experience acquisition process for the beneficiary, the employer receives:

• for the first 3 months: monthly wage reimbursement for the beneficiary of 165,000 AMD (in the amount of the minimum wage),
• for the following 3 months: monthly tax reimbursement of up to 50,000 AMD.

3. Partial Reimbursement

The employer receives partial reimbursement if they enter into an employment contract with the beneficiary for at least 6–11 months or more than 12 months:

• for a 6–11 month contract: 50% of the wage (maximum 50,000 AMD),
• for a contract of 12 months or more: 70% of the wage (maximum up to the amount of the minimum monthly wage).

Attention

• The beneficiary can participate in the program only once, under only one of the specified support directions.

• A corresponding agreement is signed for each direction between the employer, the beneficiary, and the territorial center of the Unified Social Service.

Requirements

To apply for the program, it is necessary to be an employable member of a family recognized as socially disadvantaged under the family vulnerability evaluation system.

Required Data

To register in the system, you must fill in:

• first name, last name, patronymic,
• public service number (social card number),
• email address,
• phone number.

Provision Timeframe and Procedure

• The applicant's data is matched against the job skill requirements submitted by the employer. If the applicant meets the employer's requirements, within 15 working days, the applicant is notified of the job opportunity by the Unified Social Service.
• After receiving the employer's offer, within 1 working day, a training organization agreement is signed between the territorial center, the employer, and the beneficiary. Following the training, two tripartite agreements are signed regarding work experience and partial reimbursement.
• After signing the training and work experience agreements, the employer signs an employment contract with the applicant within 2 working days.
• Support funds are transferred to the employer's bank account within 6 working days following the submission of the income tax calculation for each month.
