Receiving an Insecurity Assessement
The insecurity assessment is conducted through an online platform, which allows for the evaluation of an individual's level of vulnerability and provides access to benefits, employment, education, or other necessary forms of support.
How to apply?
The following steps should be completed after clicking the "Continue" button:
- Log into the system (if you are not already registered on e-social.am, you must register by following the steps provided in the link),
- select the "Difficult Life Situation" section,
- choose the "Insecurity Assessment and Services" section,
- select the individual for whom the application is being completed,
- fill in all required information on the next page (certain fields will be populated automatically),
- select your preferred payment method and bank,
- click "Confirm."
Requirements
A family is eligible for an insecurity benefit if their monthly income per calculated member is below the insecurity threshold, specifically, the value of the consumet basket. (The value of the consumer basket published by the Statistical Committee for the 3rd quarter of 2024 is AMD 31,053).
Support amount
The minimum amount of the insecurity benefit cannot be lower than 10% of the value of the minimum consumer basket published by the RA Statistical Committee for the third quarter of the previous year.
Timeline and procedures
The right to receive an insecurity benefit begins on the day the benefit is assigned.
The benefit is paid between the 20th and 31st of each month.
Payments begin the month following the application and continue until grounds for termination arise (e.g., an improvement in living conditions). The benefit is granted for a maximum of 12 months, accounting for potential life changes that may result in the family no longer being considered "insecure."
Attention
As this is a newly implemented system, staff at the territorial centers of the Unified Social Service will be available to help applicants create accounts and submit their online applications.
