The steps presented below must be completed after pressing the "Continue" button.

To apply online, it is necessary to:

• Register as an employer on the opening page (actions on the platform can be carried out by persons authorized by the executive body of the employer).
• In the "New Application" section, under the "Work Permit" window, fill in the information regarding the vacant position and confirm the application.

After receiving consent from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs to hire the foreign person, which takes up to 15 working days, it is necessary to fill in the foreigner's data.

An application for a work permit can also be submitted on the platform for volunteers. In this case, the application is submitted in the "Volunteer" section of the applications.

Requirements 

To register as an employer on the platform, it is necessary to have an "ESIM" mobile ID SIM card or an Identification (ID) card and a card reader device.

Required Documents

There are certain cases where the work permit is granted based on additional documents. These cases are listed in the "Professions Included in the List of Exceptions" section of the application submission.

Attention
Citizens of EAEU member states carrying out work activities in the Republic of Armenia and their family members are exempt from the requirement to submit any authorizing document. However, for the purpose of verifying the legality of residence, citizens of EAEU member states and their family members apply online.

Payment Amount and Procedure

The fee for issuing a temporary residence card for a foreign employee is 105,000 AMD. The payment is made by one of the following methods:

• Through the E-payments system.
• By bank transfer to the RA State Budget account number: 900005162111 (if it is not possible to make a transfer to this account number in the banking application, please select the "Transfer to State Budget" option).
• Via the payment terminal located at the division.

The payment is made by the employer or the employee, according to the agreement reached between them.

Delivery period and Procedure

The residence card is granted within 30 days after the employer submits the application. The foreigner receives an electronic letter regarding the granting of temporary residence status based on their work activity. To receive the residence card, the latter must visit the Public Services Unified Office located at Vazgen Sargsyan 3 (Monday to Friday: 09:00–18:00, break: 14:00–15:00).
