How to apply?

To apply physically for a change, it is necessary to:

• visit the Agency of the State Register of Legal Entities of the Staff of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia in person or through a representative,
• prepare and submit an application through an employee of the Agency,

Requirements

To be the founder of the legal entity and/or the head of the executive body of the legal entity.

Required documents

• the charter of the legal entity, approved by the founder (founders) or the constituent assembly (congress or other body defined by law).
• a document confirming the payment of the state fee.
• passport details and the social card number of the head of the executive body of the legal entity or their acting officer, or a note regarding the individual's refusal of a social card and the corresponding certificate number, and the email address.

Delievery period and procedure

The state registration of closed joint-stock companies is carried out within 2 working days at the latest, after submitting all necessary documents to the State Register of Legal Entities and making an entry in the document log on the same day.
