Pay Administrative Penalties
Citizens of Armenia, stateless persons, and foreigners who are 16 years old or older at the time of committing an administrative offense are subject to administrative responsibility․
Administrative fines are penalties that apply when laws are violated. These include fines for breaking traffic rules, breaches in areas like mapping, land use, and conservation, as well as penalties related to the tax sector. The relevant authorities, such as the Ministry of Finance or the State Revenue Committee (SRC), are responsible for imposing these fines.
Steps to follow after clicking the "Continue" button:
To pay the imposed administrative fine, you need to:
- Visit e-payments.am, which leads to the state's electronic payment system,
- Log into the "Fines" section, where you can find instructions for payment,
- Select the type of tax or payment required,
- Select the appropriate payment,
- Fill in the required details,
- Choose the payment method and proceed with payment.
Delivery Period and Procedure
The paid amount will be credited to the treasury account within 5 working days after the payment date.
Attention:
- Payments can be made using ArCA, VISA, and Master cards, as well as through Mobidram, Easypay, and TelCell payment systems.
- The payment (transaction) is considered complete only if a 20-digit confirmation code and receipt, generated by the state electronic payment system, have been received. After payment, the system generates the corresponding receipt and offers to print or save it. Additionally, the system automatically sends a copy of the receipt to the email address provided by the payer.
