Pay administrative fines
Citizens of Armenia, foreign citizens and stateless persons aged 16 years or older at the time of committing an administrative offense are subject to administrative liability․

Types of administrative fines include penalties and sanctions applied for various violations, such as fines for breaking traffic rules, administrative penalties for violations in areas like mapping, land use, and environmental protection, as well as tax-related administrative fines imposed by the relevant authorities, such as the Ministry of Finance or the State Revenue Committee (SRC).

To pay the imposed administrative fine, you need to:
- visit e-payments.am,
- select the type of tax or payment,
- choose the corresponding payment option,
- fill in the required details,
- choose a payment method and make the payment.
Delivery period and procedure
The paid amount will be credited to the treasury account within 5 working days after the payment date.
Attention:
- Payments can be made using ArCA, VISA, and Master cards, as well as through Mobidram, Easypay, and TelCell payment systems.
- The payment (transaction) is considered complete only if a 20-digit confirmation code and receipt, generated by the state electronic payment system, has been received. After the payment, the system generates the corresponding receipt and offers to print or save it. Additionally, the system automatically sends a copy of the receipt to the email address provided by the payer.
