Get an Electronic Digital Signature

A digital signature is the online equivalent of a handwritten signature. It provides a secure, fast, and reliable way to verify electronic documents, ensuring protection against forgery.

You can activate your electronic signature using the "YesEm" mobile ID SIM card or identification card.

You can apply for this service in person by booking an appointment in advance.

To sign digital documents with the "YesEm" mobile ID SIM card, simply enter the 6-digit code that appears on your mobile phone screen. This code is generated at your mobile operator's office.

The following instructions apply to activating your electronic signature with an identification card.

To activate the electronic signature with the identification card, after clicking the "Continue" button

  • Download the necessary software.
  • Activate the PIN and PUK codes of your identification card.

Requirements

  • Have a valid identification card issued before February 15, 2023, along with the card's PIN and PUK codes.
  • Have a card reader device for the identification card.

Attention
The software for the digital signature is only available for Windows operating systems.

Payment Amount and Procedure

The digital signature service is free of charge.

Delivery Period and Procedure

For the "YesEm" mobile ID SIM card, the electronic signature is activated immediately. For the identification card, the service is available after downloading the necessary software to your computer.
