There are several ways to pay, such as through a banking app or by sending an SMS.

You can apply for this service in person by booking an appointment in advance.

To pay by SMS:

For parking in the small city center (Zone A), send your vehicle’s license plate (in Latin letters, no spaces) to 1045.
For parking outside the small city center (Zone B), send your license plate to 5045.

Make a transfer to account number 900015211593 and write your vehicle's license plate (in Latin letters, no spaces) in the “Purpose” field.
