Request Information from the State Registry of Legal Entities
The information in the Unified State Register is open for public access. Complete information from the register and copies of legal entities' charters are provided upon payment of the state duty.
Required Documents
To obtain information from the State Register of Legal Entities, the following documents must be submitted:
- Application
- Passport or identification card
- Receipt of state duty payment
- Power of attorney and a copy of the authorized person’s passport or identification card (if applying through an authorized representative)
Attention:
The Agency of the State Register of Legal Entities provides incomplete information about the legal entity. Full information is available upon payment.
Payment Amount and Procedure
To obtain complete information from the State Register of Legal Entities, a state duty of 3,000 AMD must be paid.
Payment can be made in the following ways:
- Via the E-payments system (to view the English version use the browser's translation tool),
- By bank transfer to the state budget account number 900005016499.
In the purpose field of the transfer, enter:
“For obtaining complete information stored in the state register and posted on the website about one subject from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, as well as copies of legal entities' charters.”
If the bank application does not allow transfers to this account number, please select the “Transfer to State Budget” option.
Delivery Period and Procedure
The information about the legal entity is sent to the email address specified in the application within one working day after applying.
