Vacation is a period calculated in working days, provided to an employee for rest and recovery. During this time, the employee's job position is maintained, and they are paid their average salary.

How to apply

To calculate your vacation pay, after clicking the "Continue" button, you need to:

Select the "Calculators" section in the left corner of the screen,
select the "Vacation Calculator" window,
enter the required data,
click the "Calculate" button.

Annual leave duration

For a five-day work week, the duration of annual leave is 20 working days, while for a six-day work week, it is 24 working days.

The employee may use this leave in parts. If taken in parts, at least one of those parts must be at least 10 working days.

Attention
Vacation pay must be transferred to the employee at least 3 days before the leave begins. If this is not possible due to reasons beyond the employer's control, it must be paid within 3 days starting from the first day of vacation.
