Registering on the e-request platform

The Unified Portal for Online Requests, e-request.am, allows all citizens to send requests, applications, complaints, or any other type of letter to state and local government bodies and to track the status of their submission.

You can access the platform through "YesEm" national identification system (use the browser's translation tool to view the English version) or by registering. The registration steps are presented below.


How to register on the e-request platform?

To register on the platform, visit e-request.am and follow these steps:

  • click the “Login” button in the upper right corner of the page, then go to the “Register now” link at the bottom of the page,
  • select your citizenship and fill in the required information,
  • enter the code received by email, then enter the code sent to your mobile phone number,
  • create a password and confirm it.


How to submit an application, complaint, or request?

After registering on the platform, to submit an application, request, complaint, or any type of message, you need to:

  • log in to the platform by entering your email address and password,
  • click the "Send" button under the "Send application, request or complaint" section,
  • select the appropriate option on the next page.

You can track the status of your request using the tracking number available in your personal account.


Required data

To send an application, complaint, request, or any other letter, you must provide your passport or ID card details.
