դիմումը ներկայացնելուց հետո մինչև 5 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում՝ ըստ շինության ռիսկայնության 1-ից 4-րդ աստիճանի, որը սահմանում է ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեն։\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Որոշ դեպքերում հնարավոր մինչև 500 քառակուսի մետր ընդհանուր մակերես ունեցող շենքերի և շինությունների դեպքում,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli> 200,000 ՀՀ դրամ` 500-ից մինչև 1,500 քառակուսի մետր ընդհանուր մակերես ունեցող շենքերի և շինությունների դեպքում, \u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>300,000 ՀՀ դրամ` 1,500-ից և ավելի քառակուսի մետր ընդհանուր մակերես ունեցող շենքերի և շինությունների դրամ՝ 100-ից մինչև 500 քառակուսի մետր ընդհանուր մակերես ունեցող շենքերի և շինությունների դեպքում,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>100,000 ՀՀ դրամ՝ 500-ից մինչև 1,500 քառակուսի մետր ընդհանուր մակերես ունեցող շենքերի և շինությունների դեպքում,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>150,000 ՀՀ դրամ՝ 1,500-ից և ավելի քառակուսի մետր ընդհանուր մակերես ունեցող շենքերի և շինությունների դեպքում։\u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>Ավարտական ակտի և շահագործման թույլտվության համար սահմանված տեղական տուրքերը վճարվում են Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի «Մեկ Պատուհան» գրասենյակում։ Հայտատուն կարող է նաև «Մեկ պատուհան» գրասենյակից ստանալ համապատասխան հաշվեհամարը և վճարումը կատարել բանկում։\u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>Կախված շինարարկան օբյեկտի ռիսկայնության կատեգորիայից և դրա գտնվելու
