փաստաթղթերը\u003C/h4>\n\u003Cp>Ուսման վարձի փոխհատուցման նպատակով եկամտային հարկի վերադարձի դիմելու համար պետք է ներկայացնել հետևյալ փաստաթղթերը.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>դիմում (տրամադրվում է տեղում),\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>hանրային ծառայության համարանիշը (ՀԾՀ), (բացակայության դեպքում՝ հանրային ծառայության համարանիշ չունենալու մասին տեղեկանքի համարը),\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>բանկային տվյալներ (բանկի անվանումը և հաշվեհամար)։\u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003C/div>\n\u003Cdiv class=\"event-map headstyle\">\n\u003Ch4 class=\"irazekum-event-header-text pb_10\">Տրամադրման ժամկետը և կարգը\u003C/h4>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>Բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունը մինչև տվյալ տարվա \u003Cstrong>սեպտեմբերի 30-ը\u003C/strong> կամ \u003Cstrong>մարտի 30-ը\u003C/strong> կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարություն է ներկայացնում  ուսման վարձի փոխհատուցման նպատակով եկամտային հարկի վերադարձի դիմում ներկայացրած սովորողների վերաբերյալ տվյալները։\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Բուհի կողմից տրամադրված տեղեկատվությունը նախարարությունը ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտե է ներկայացնում մինչև տվյալ տարվա \u003Cstrong>հոկտեմբերի 15-ը\u003C/strong> կամ \u003Cstrong>ապրիլի 15-ը\u003C/strong>:\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Այնուհետև անհրաժեշտության դեպքում սովորողը գործատուի կողմից հաստատված տեղեկանք է ներկայացնում հարկ վճարողների սպասարկման ստորաբաժանում՝ ուսումնական տարվա մեջ ներառվող ամիսների համար հաշվարկված աշխատավարձի և դրան հավասարեցված վճարների և դրանցից հաշվարկված ու ՀՀ պետական բյուջե վճարված եկամտային հարկի գումարների վերաբերյալ։\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Հարկային մարմինը վերադարձման ենթակա եկամտային հարկի գումարների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը ստանալուց հետո 8 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում կազմում և գանձապետարան է ներկայացնում վարձու աշխատող հանդիսացող սովորողի ուսման վարձավճարի փոխհատուցման նպատակով եկամտային հարկի գումարների վերադարձման վճարման հանձնարարական:\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Հանձնարարականը ներկայացվելու օրվանից հետո 3 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում վերադարձվող գումարը հարկային մարմնի կողմից գանձապետարանի միջոցով փոխանցվում է սովորողի բանկային
