Get Financial Support for Hiring Unemployed Individuals
Employers who hire individuals who have been unemployed for the last 3 months continuously and are over 35 years old can receive a one-time financial support from the government for each individual hired.
After clicking the "Continue" button, you need to:
- Register in the system by filling in the required details,
- Select the "Unemployed Employment Support Program" option,
- Submit a support request.
Requirements
To apply for support, organizations must:
- Have been operating for at least 2 consecutive years before applying,
- Have employed at least 10 salaried employees in the last 3 months,
- Have not experienced a decrease in the actual income fund for the specified period, or if there was a decrease, it was no more than 5%,
- Not be a public service body in the state administration system.
Additionally, the individual being hired must be registered as unemployed at the territorial employment center in their place of residence (to view the English version, use the browser's translation tool).
Required Documents
To apply online, attach the following scanned documents:
- The employment contract signed with the individual previously registered as unemployed,
- An income report.
Processing Time and Procedure
Once the application is submitted, the employer will receive a notification in their account and by email regarding the approval or rejection of the application.
If the application is approved, the employer will receive a one-time financial support for each person hired:
- 250,000 AMD, or
- 350,000 AMD, if the hired person is receiving family or social benefits.
