պաշտոնատար անձին:\nԱյդ դեպքում հայտատուին տրամադրվում է դիտողությունների ցանկը՝ հայտը  քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կոմիտե մուտքագրվելուց հետո\n12 ժամվա ընթացքում: Հայտատուն իր թռիչքն իրականացնելու ժամկետից առնվազն 12 ժամ առաջ\nպետք է վերացնի կամ շտկի այդ թերությունները՝ դրա մասին գրավոր տեղեկացնելով  քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կոմիտեին: Սահմանված ժամկետներում\nհայտատուի կողմից թերությունները չվերացնելու
