պատճենը։\u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>\u003C/p>\n\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>Եթե կառուցապատվող հողամասի ինժեներական ուսումնասիրությունները անհնարինն են առանց քանդման աշխատանքների, հայտին կցվում են նաև քանդման թույլտվություն ստանալու մասին դիմումը և այդ թույլտվության համար սահմանված տեղական տուրքի վճարման անդորրագիրը:\u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>Ընդ որում՝ տվյալ դեպքում քանդման թույլտվությունը տրվում է առաջադրանքի հետ, իսկ օբյեկտը փաստացի քանդվում է նշված թույլտվությամբ սահմանված պայմաններով:\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp> \u003C/p>\n\u003Ch4>Տրամադրման կարգը և ժամկետը\u003C/h4>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>Դիմելուց հետո տրամադրված էլեկտրոնային փոստի հասցեին և հեռախոսահամարին դիմողն անմիջապես ստանում է ծանուցում, որտեղ նշված է թվային ծածկագիր, որի միջոցով հնարավոր է առցանց \u003Ca href=\"https://verify.e-gov.am/am/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">հետևել դիմումի ընթացքին\u003C/a>։ \u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Կառուցապատման նախագծման թույլտվությունը տրամադրվում է դիմումը ներկայացնելուց հետո մինչև 20-աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում՝ ըստ շինության կարևորության ու ռիսկայնության 1-ից 4-րդ աստիճանի, որը սահմանում է ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեն։\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Թույլտվությունը պատրաստ լինելու մասին ծանուցումը ստանալուց հետո անհրաժեշտ է այն ստանալու համար մոտենալ համայնքապետարան՝ ներկայացնելով անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ (անհրաժեշտ դեպքում՝ նաև լիազորագիր)։\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Նախագծման թույլտվությունը, օբյեկտի ռիսկայնության աստիճանից կախված, ունի 1-2 տարվա գործողության ժամկետ, որի ընթացքում կառուցապատողը պետք է պատվիրի ճարտարապետաշինարարական նախագիծ և դիﬕ համայնքապետարան՝ այդ նախագծի համաձայնեցման և
