  • Mobile ID SIM card
  • Identification card and identification card reader

To apply, you need:

The steps below must be completed after clicking the "Continue" button

  • Click the "Submit Application" button
  • Provide an email address to which an activation link will be sent
  • Follow that link and apply to register as an authorized person by completing the necessary sequential steps

After completing the registration, an email containing the electronic contract and the name and password of the authorized person will be sent from the electronic tax reporting system to the specified email address.

You must log in to the system with an authorized username and password to register or change an organization's responsible online users.  This user can be the director or someone they authorize.  Accountants are frequently authorized for this role.

To assign an online user, you must:

  • Go to the "Authorization Data" section and create a new user
  • Fill in the user data on the opened page and save

After completing the user's registration, an electronic contract, username, and password are sent to the user's email address.

Through the password, the user is able to log in to the system and perform the necessary transactions.

If the organization director does not have an identification card, he or she may authorize a third party to register as an authorized person in the electronic reporting system. This is done through a power of attorney, which the authorized person submits to the tax authority, signed, and, if there is a seal, also sealed, in person or electronically.

The user receives a username and password at the email address specified in the authorization.
