After clicking the "Continue" button, you must follow these steps:

To submit an income tax refund application electronically, first register on the "Individual Accounts Information Portal" (use the browser's translation tool to view the English version).

You can register in two ways: in person or online.

To register in person, you need to:

• Visit any Service Center
• Present an identification document, your public services number (PSN), or a certificate stating that you do not have one
• Provide an email address to which a link will be sent to access the " Individual Accounts Information Portal

To register online, you need to:

• Have an electronic signature
• Register in the "Individual Accounts Information Portal" 
• Fill in the required personal data (it is MANDATORY to fill it in in Armenian)
• Download the completed application
• Sign it electronically
• Upload the signed application to the system
• After registration, follow the link sent to the email address
• Fill in your PSN (public services number), create a username and a password, and register

To apply for an income tax refund after the registration:

• Log in to your account
• Create a new application in the “Register of Income Tax Refund Applications”
• In the electronic application, fill in your phone number, the reporting period for which the application is submitted, and your current bank account number to which the refund will be transferred
• Be sure to mark the checkbox named “Consent to checking the bank account number”
• Click the “Submit to the State Revenue Committee” button

 
Income tax refunds are made once every three months.

Up to 5 members of the same family can simultaneously get an income tax refund within the framework of the same mortgage loan if they are co-owners of the apartment.

Income tax refunds will be refunded via the electronic platform within 3 working days. However, it usually takes a few hours.

Attention
The message "Income tax not paid" in the system means that the employer has not yet submitted and paid the taxes to the tax authority. You should wait until the refund is transferred to your bank account.
