անհատապես դիմել գրողները, հետազոտողները, թարգմանիչները (ֆիզիկական անձինք), որոնք ՀՀ քաղաքացի են, իսկ 4-րդ ուղղությամբ՝ արտասահմանյան հրատարակիչները («Հայ գրականությունը
