տեխնոլոգիական,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>աջակցության։\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp> \u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">\u003Cstrong>Ոչ տեխնոլոգիական class=\"irazekum-event-header-text pb_10\">Ներկայացվող պահանջները\u003C/h4>\n\u003Cp>Խելամիտ հարմարեցումներ կարող է ստանալ յուրաքանչյուր անձ, ով՝\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>ունի հաշմանդամությամբ պայմանավորված ֆունկցիոնալության սահմանափակում, որը ծառայությունների անհատական ծրագրի համաձայն` սահմանափակում է անձի կողմից իր աշխատանքային պարտականությունների պատշաճ կատարումը կամ ուսումնական գործընթացին մյուսների հետ հավասար հիմունքներով մասնակցությունը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>կարող է խելամիտ հարմարեցումներ ապահովելու պարագայում բավարար չափով կատարել գործողությունները, որոնք պարտավոր է կատարել կամ ակնկալվում է, որ կկատարի աշխատավայրում կամ ուսումնական հաստատությունում։\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003C/div>\n\u003Cdiv class=\"event-map headstyle\">\n\u003Ch4 class=\"irazekum-event-header-text pb_10\">\u003Cbr>Պահանջվող փաստաթղթերը\u003C/h4>\n\u003Cp>Դիմելու համար անձը գործատուին կամ ուսումնական հաստատության ղեկավարին ներկայացնում է հետևյալ փաստաթղթերը՝\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>դիմում,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>ֆունկցիոնալության գնահատման (բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննական) որոշման պատճեն (հաշմանդամության կարգավիճակ ունենալու դեպքում),\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>ծառայությունների (վերականգնողական) անհատական ծրագիր (հաշմանդամության կարգավիճակ ունենալու դեպքում),\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>բժշկական և այլ փաստաթղթեր՝ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում։  \u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Ch4>Տրամադրման ժամկետը և կարգը\u003C/h4>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>Խելամիտ հարմարեցումները տրամադրվում են դիմումը ներկայացնելուց և որոշումը կայացնելուց հետո խելամիտ ժամկետներում։ \u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Խելամիտ հարմարեցումների դիմումը հնարավոր է մերժվի ուսումնական հաստատության կամ աշխատավայրի կողմից։ Այս դեպքում հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձը և հարմարեցումներն ապահովելու պարտավորությունը կրող կողմը կարող են կազմակերպել \u003Cstrong>ինտերակտիվ երկխոսություն\u003C/strong>՝ հնարավոր մերժման կամ հարմարեցումների տրամադրման վերաբերյալ հարցերի քննարկման համար։\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Այն դեպքում, երբ անձն ու հարմարեցումներ ապահովելու պարտականություն կրող անձն ինտերակտիվ երկխոսության արդյունքում չեն հանգում համաձայնության, հարմարեցումներ ապահովելու պարտականություն կրող անձը ինտերակտիվ երկխոսության ավարտից հետո 2 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում որոշում է կայացնում մերժելու հարմարեցումների ապահովումը։\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Որոշմամբ խելամիտ հարմարեցումներ ապահովելու պարտականություն կրող անձը պարտավոր է հիմնավորել մերժումը՝ ներառյալ \u003Cstrong>անհարկի բեռի\u003C/strong> առկայությունը։ Անհարկի բեռ է համարվում այն ծախսը, որը գերազանցում է տվյալ աշխատավայրի կամ ուսումնական հաստատության ընդհանուր\u003Cstrong> ծախսերի 5%-ը\u003C/strong>։\u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003C/div>\n\u003Cdiv class=\"event-map headstyle\">\n\u003Ch4 class=\"irazekum-event-header-text pb_10\">Հղում օրենսդրությանը\u003C/h4>\n\u003Cdiv class=\"irazekum-event-header-text pb_10\">\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>«Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց իրավունքների մասին» ՀՀ օրենք\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli dir=\"ltr\" լրացուցիչ աշխատողի ներգրավման, ընդմիջման ժամերի վերանայում և այլ նման բնույթի հարմարեցումներ),\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>ցածր տեխնոլոգիական լուծումներ պահանջող հարմարեցումներ, որոնք պարզ են, չեն առաջացնում լրացուցիչ դժվարություններ, հեշտությամբ կարող են ներդրվել գրեթե յուրաքանչյուր միջավայրում (դռան բռնակի փոխարինում  հարմարեցված դռան բռնակով, խոշորացույցի տրամադրում և այլն),\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>բարձր տեխնոլոգիական լուծումներ պահանջող հարմարեցումներ, որոնց դեպքում օգտագործվում են առաջադեմ կամ բարդ սարքավորումներ (աջակցող միջոցներ, ներառյալ՝ ծրագրային ապահովում և այլն),\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>աջակցություն՝ որևէ գործողություն կատարելիս (ուղեկցողներ, շուրթերով հաղորդակցվող թարգմանիչ, ժեստերի լեզվի թարգմանիչ, գրառումներ կատարող, թարգմանիչներ և կարող է ստանալ յուրաքանչյուր անձ, ով՝\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>ունի հաշմանդամությամբ պայմանավորված ֆունկցիոնալության սահմանափակում, որը ծառայությունների անհատական ծրագրի համաձայն սահմանափակում է անձի կողմից իր աշխատանքային պարտականությունների պատշաճ կատարումը կամ ուսումնական գործընթացին մյուսների հետ հավասար հիմունքներով մասնակցությունը.\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>խելամիտ հարմարեցումներ ապահովելու պարագայում կկարողանա բավարար չափով կատարել գործողությունները, որոնք պարտավոր է կատարել կամ ակնկալվում է, որ կկատարի.\u003Cbr>\u003Cstrong>ա․ \u003C/strong>աշխատանքի ընդունվելիս՝ մյուսների հետ հավասար հնարավորություններ ունենալու պարագայում.\u003Cbr>\u003Cstrong>բ․ \u003C/strong>աշխատանքային պայմանագրով նախատեսված իր աշխատանքային պարտականությունները կատարելու համար․\u003Cbr>\u003Cstrong>գ․ \u003C/strong>ուսումնական հաստատություն ընդունելությանը, ուսումնական գործընթացին մյուսների հետ հավասար մասնակցելու համար։\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>Խելամիտ հարմարեցումների համար կարող է դիմել անձը, իսկ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաների դեպքում՝ օրինական ներկայացուցիչը:\u003C/p>\n\u003C/div>\n\u003Cdiv class=\"event-map headstyle\">\n\u003Cdiv class=\"irazekum-event-header-text pb_10\">Դիմելու կարգ\u003C/div>\n\u003Cp>Խելամիտ հարմարեցումների ապահովման հարցի քննարկումը նախաձեռնվում է անձի, իսկ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխայի դեպքում՝ օրինական ներկայացուցչի՝ խելամիտ հարմարեցումներ ապահովելու պարտականություն կրող անձին ուղղված գրավոր դիմումի հիման վրա՝ (ՀՀ կառավարության 2022 թվականի օգոստոսի 11-ի \u003Cstrong>\u003Ca
