վարկանիշավորման դեպքում՝\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից լիցենզավորված ֆինանսական ընկերությունները (բանկեր, վարկային կազմակերպություններ),\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>հանրային ծառայությունների ոլորտում կարգավորվող գործունեություն իրականացնող կազմակերպությունները (էներգետիկայի, հեռահաղորդակցության, ջրային և այլ ոլորտներ),\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>ընդերքօգտագործում իրականացնող կազմակերպությունները։\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cbr>Բաժնետոմսերի թողարկման, տեղաբաշխման և ՀՀ ֆոնդային բորսայում ցուցակման դեպքում՝\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից լիցենզավորված ֆինանսական ընկերությունները (բանկեր, վարկային կազմակերպություններ)։\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Ch4>\u003Cbr>Աջակցության չափը\u003C/h4>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Պարտատոմսերի թողարկման, տեղաբաշխման և ՀՀ ֆոնդային բորսայում ցուցակման համար՝\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>տեղաբաշխման անվանական արժեքի \u003Cstrong>2%\u003C/strong>-ի չափով (\u003Cstrong>առավելագույնը 30 մլն դրամ\u003C/strong>) միանվագ աջակցություն պարտատոմսերի թողարկման, տեղաբաշխման և ՀՀ բորսայում ցուցակման գործընթացի ավարտից հետո, \u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>տեղաբաշխման անվանական արժեքի \u003Cstrong>3%\u003C/strong>-ի չափով (\u003Cstrong>առավելագույնը 45 մլն դրամ\u003C/strong>) տարեկան աջակցություն պարտատոմսի շրջանառության\u003Cstrong> 3 տարիների համար\u003C/strong>։\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cbr>Բաժնետոմսերի թողարկման, տեղաբաշխման և ՀՀ ֆոնդային բորսայում ցուցակման համար՝\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>կատարված ծախսերի\u003Cstrong> 80%\u003C/strong>-ի չափով (\u003Cstrong>առավելագույնը 50 մլն դրամ\u003C/strong>) աջակցություն, եթե այդ ծախսերը (աուդիտ, թողարկման, տեղաբաշխման և ՀՀ բորսայում ցուցակման հետ կապված բանկային և բորսայական ծառայությունների ծախսեր) հիմնավորված են համապատասխան փաստաթղթերով։\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cbr>Վարկանիշավորման և սպասարկման առաջին տարվա ծախսերի փոխհատուցման համար՝\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>վարկանիշի ստացման և սպասարկման առաջին տարվա ծախսերի փոխհատուցում \u003Cstrong>50%\u003C/strong>-ի չափով։\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>Առաջին տարվա ծախսերի փոխհատուցումը կկազմի \u003Cstrong>80%, \u003C/strong>եթե կազմակերպությունը վարկանիշ ստանալուց հետո 18 ամիսների ընթացքում թողարկի, տեղաբաշխի և ՀՀ ֆոնդային բորսայում ցուցակի պարտատոմսեր կամ բաժնետոմսեր։\u003C/p>\n\u003Ch4>\u003Cbr>Պահանջվող փաստաթղթերը\u003C/h4>\n\u003Cstrong>Պարտատոմսերի կամ բաժնետոմսերի թողարկման պետական աջակցություն ստանալու համար անհրաժեշտ է ներկայացնել.\u003C/strong>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>հայտ, որի բոլոր էջերը պետք է ստորագրված լինեն, և այն պետք է պարունակի հետևյալ տեղեկությունները՝\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>հայտատուի անվանումը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>հայտատուի գործունեության հասցեն,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>հայտատուի հեռախոսահամարը և էլեկտրոնային փոստը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>հայտատուի հարկ վճարողի հաշվառման համարը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>հայտատուի գործադիր մարմնի ղեկավարի անունը, ազգանունը և պաշտոնը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>թողարկված պարտատոմսերի կամ բաժնետոմսերի տեսակը և դասը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>թողարկված պարտատոմսերի կամ բաժնետոմսերի տարբերակիչ ծածկագիրը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>թողարկված պարտատոմսերի կամ բաժնետոմսերի տեղաբաշխված ծավալը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>թողարկված պարտատոմսերի կամ բաժնետոմսերի տեղաբաշխված քանակը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>թողարկված պարտատոմսերի կամ բաժնետոմսերի անվանական արժեքը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>պարտատոմսերի կամ բաժնետոմսերի թողարկման ամսաթիվը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>պարտատոմսերի կամ բաժնետոմսերի տեղաբաշխման սկիզբը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>պարտատոմսերի կամ բաժնետոմսերի տեղաբաշխման ավարտը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>ֆոնդային բորսայի անվանումը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>ֆոնդային բորսայի ցուցակը կամ հարթակը, որտեղ պարտատոմսը կամ բաժնետոմսը ցուցակված է,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>ցուցակման ամսաթիվը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>ֆոնդային բորսայի կողմից պարտատոմսին կամ բաժնետոմսին շնորհված հապավումը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>պարտատոմսերի կամ բաժնետոմսերի շուկա ստեղծողը (ստեղծողները),\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխումից հետո ստացվող օժանդակության \u003Ca href=\"https://mineconomy.am/media/27827/Hayt.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">հայտը\u003C/a> պետք է պարունակի նաև՝\u003Cbr>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>պարտատոմսերի մարման ամսաթիվը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>արժեկտրոնի եկամտաբերությունը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>արժեկտրոնի վճարման պարբերականությունը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>տեղեկատվություն յուրաքանչյուր արժեկտրոնի վճարման վերաբերյալ,\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>հայտում պարունակվող տեղեկությունները հաստատող և կատարված ծախսերը հիմնավորող փաստաթղթերը։\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>Բաժնետոմսերի թողարկման աջակցության հայտի ձևը ստանալու համար անհրաժեշտ է դիմել ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարություն։\u003C/p>\n\u003Cstrong>\u003Cbr>Վարկանիշավորման պետական աջակցություն ստանալու համար անհրաժեշտ է ներկայացնել․\u003C/strong>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>հայտ, որի բոլոր էջերը պետք է ստորագրված լինեն, և այն պետք է պարունակի հետևյալ տեղեկությունները՝\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>հայտատուի անվանումը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>հայտատուի գործունեության հասցեն,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>հայտատուի հեռախոսահամարը և վարկանիշային գործակալության անվանումը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>վարկանիշավորման ամսաթիվը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>ստացված վարկանիշը՝ կցելով հավաստող փաստաթուղթը,\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>վարկանիշի ստացման և սպասարկման առաջին տարվա ծախսերը՝ կցելով հավաստող փաստաթղթերը,\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>հայտում պարունակվող տեղեկությունները հաստատող և կատարված ծախսերը հիմնավորող փաստաթղթերը։\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>Վարկանիշավորման պետական աջակցության հայտի ձևը ստանալու համար անհրաժեշտ է դիմել ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարություն։\u003C/p>\n\u003C/div>\n\u003Cdiv class=\"event-map headstyle\">\n\u003Ch4>\u003Cbr>Տրամադրման ժամկետը և կարգը\u003C/h4>\n\u003Cp>Հայտն ընդունվելու դեպքում \u003Cstrong>10 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում \u003C/strong>շահառուի հետ\u003Cstrong> \u003C/strong>կնքվում է պայմանագիր, որով սահմանվում են աջակցության տրամադրման կարգը և ժամկետները։ \u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>Հայտի մերժման դեպքում այդ մասին տեղեկացվում է 5 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում։\u003C/p>\n\u003Cblockquote>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Ուշադրություն\u003C/strong>\u003Cbr>Փաստաթղթերը թերի ներկայացնելու դեպքում դիմող կազմակերպությունը այդ մասին տեղեկանալուց հետո 10 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում կարող է վերանայել դրանք և կրկին դիմել։ Երրորդ անգամ դիմելու հնարավորություն չի տրվում։\u003C/p>\n\u003C/blockquote>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>Թողարկման և վարկանիշավորման պետական
