պահանջների մանրամասները և փաստաթղթերի ձևն ու բովանդակությունը ներկայացված են ՀՀ կառավարության՝ 2009 թվականի հուլիսի 9-ի N 808-Ն որոշման Հավելված 7-ում։ Որոշումը հնարավոր է գտնել Փոխանցման նպատակի դաշտում պետք է նշել «Լիցենզիա ստանալու համար» (եթե բանկային հավելվածում չի ստացվում փոխանցում կատարել այս հաշվեհամարին, ապա խնդրում ենք ընտրել «Փոխանցում պետական բյուջե»
