արդարադատության նախարարությունը երաշխավորում է կոռուպցիայի մասին հաղորդող անձի պաշտպանությունը՝ ապահովելով նրա անանունությունը: Դա երաշխավորվում է նրա համացանցային հաղորդակարգի հասցեն (Internet Protocol Address) ծածկագրելու տարբերակով:\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp> \u003C/p>\n\u003Ch4 dir=\"ltr\">Տրամադրման ժամկետը և կարգը\u003C/h4>\n\u003Cp dir=\"ltr\">Երբ պարզվում է, որ կոռուպցիայի մասին հաղորդողը գործել է անբարեխղճորեն, ապա իրավասու մարմնի ղեկավարը կամ նրա լիազորած անձը դադարեցնում է նրան պաշտպանություն տրամադրելը, որի մասին որոշման կայացման պահից \u003Cstrong>3-օրյա ժամկետում\u003C/strong> ծանուցում է հաղորդողին:\u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>Հաղորդումը ոչ իրավասու մարմին ներկայացվելու դեպքում, հաղորդում ստացած մարմինը \u003Cstrong>3-օրյա ժամկետում\u003C/strong> այն վերահասցեագրում է իրավասու
